Hello Queens ⭐️
My name is Thialal Diallo, I'm the owner of Solarya nails.
I always loved art, and as you know nails is among the many forms of art. Although I liked nails, I couldn't wear them, not because I didn't want to but because I couldn't. Let me explain.
I went to a nail salon twice in my entire life. Being a student and coming from a family of 6 I couldn't afford a set every month. On top of that, I'm muslim and we pray five times a day. Before muslims pray, they have to perform Wudu(purification of the body). During Wudu, water has to touch the natural nails for the prayers to be valid.
I didn't want to give up my religion so I started thinking of ways to wear nails. I searched and quickly found the answer : Press-on nails. Yes I found it quickly I wasn't satisfied - "they look tacky", "they fall off easily", "they are not resilient". I hesitated while continuing my research. I came across handmade press on nails. Handmade press-on nails are nails designed by professionnal nail technician without the salon wait and without monomer/powder.
I continued my research and I made contact with many nail manufacturers that worked with Professionnal nail artists. Ordered a few samples, tried them and to compare and went on with my current nail manufacturer. I found that Press-on nails can be durable/resistant and look straight out of the salon.
Warmly,
Thialal ♡
